Bella Center Copenhagen
Bella Center sits in the Orestad district, between central Copenhagen and the airport. It offers around 65,000 square metres of event space within a 121,800 square metre indoor complex, and hosts roughly 25 to 30 large exhibitions and some 1,300 meetings a year. There are around 100 meeting rooms, extensive foyers and an on-site hotel.
The halls include the 14,000 square metre Hall C, the largest and the one used for major exhibitions, and a 3,500 square metre black-box Hall A with an adjustable ceiling. The Bella Arena, Hall D, is one of the largest in northern Europe and can be divided into five soundproof halls.
Our records disagree on the hall count: the venue summary describes five halls while our structured field says seven. We have not reconciled that against Bella Center directly, so treat the number as unconfirmed and take hall allocation from the organiser.
The black-box hall with an adjustable ceiling is worth knowing about if your stand concept depends on controlled lighting. A blackout space with variable height suits product launches, immersive installations and anything where ambient daylight would undermine the effect, and it is a genuinely different proposition from a standard daylit hall.
A congress city as much as a fair city
The balance of roughly 25 to 30 exhibitions against some 1,300 meetings a year tells you what kind of venue this is. Bella Center does substantial congress and conference business alongside trade fairs, so briefs here often involve meeting-oriented stands and conference support rather than large product displays.
We do not currently hold a fair listing for Copenhagen. Worth clearing up a common confusion: Formland, the Nordic interior design and lifestyle fair, is often associated with Copenhagen but is actually held at MCH Messecenter Herning, around 230 kilometres away in western Denmark. We list it under Herning, where it belongs. If you are planning for Formland, that distinction matters for travel, freight and crew logistics.

We do not currently list a stand builder headquartered in Copenhagen. That is a gap in our directory rather than a comment on the Danish market. Exhibitors here draw on Danish contractors and, for larger international builds, on firms from across the Nordic region; we list a builder in Stockholm.
Denmark is in the EU, so no customs clearance applies to goods from other member states, and Copenhagen is better connected to the northern European build centres than Helsinki or Lisbon.
