Jaarbeurs Utrecht
Jaarbeurs, the Royal Dutch Jaarbeurs, is one of the largest exhibition and convention venues in the Netherlands, offering over 100,000 square metres of space with more than 65 meeting rooms, the Beatrix Theatre seating around 1,500, the Media Plaza conference centre and over 3,000 parking spaces. It takes around 2.5 million visitors a year.

Sitting immediately next to Utrecht Central Station is the venue's real differentiator, and it cuts both ways for a stand build. Visitors arrive by train in large numbers without the parking friction of an out-of-town site, which is good for footfall. But a city-centre position beside a major station means build-up and breakdown traffic is more constrained than at a site with open approach roads, so delivery windows are tighter and less forgiving. Agree your build-up slot with the organiser before the design is finalised.
